Sabrina Spreafico was born in Carate Brianza (Milan, Italy) in 1986.
She graduated in Painting (Bachelor’s degree) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari in 2009.
Then she specialized in Graphic art (Master’s degree) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata, where she graduated in 2012.
In January 2014 she won a scholarship offered by “Fondazione Alimondo Ciampi” for the specialization course in Etching and Printmaking at “Il Bisonte Foundation”, in Florence.
During the time spent in Florence, she worked as a printmaker for the Norwegian artist Hanne May Scheen.
In April 2016 she took part in the realization of a land art project designed by the American artist Patrick Dougherty in “Astrid Lindgren’s näs” in Vimmerby, Sweden.
Currently based in Sydney, she works as a printmaker, freelance graphic designer and photographer.
